Marko Pavlič je domač kolesar rojen leta 1993 v Mariboru. Po rezultatih in njegovi konstrukciji ga uvrščamo med hribolazce, dobro pa se znajde tudi na kronometru in razgibanem terenu. S svojimi 65 kilogrami in 180 centimetri dosega idelano razmerje med težo in višino.
V svoji dosedanji karieri je zastopal števile klube, kot je Radenska, Cycling Academy Team, CCN Metalac, H&R Block Pro Cycling Team, DC Bank Pro cycling team. Že od mlajših kategorij je tudi stalni član domače izbrane vrste.
